If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase at TowerCigars.com, you may return your product(s) for a refund, exchange or credit. All returns must be received within 10 business days from the date of purchase.

International Orders
To place an international order, YOU MUST BE REFERRED by one of our existing International customers. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (US country code here) 916-443-8466 or contact us through this form and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. ALL orders placed without prior notification will be deleted.
Please review the following information regarding international orders:
- International orders including Canada will be delivered via US Postal Service.
- International orders MUST be prepaid and the only accepted forms of payment is credit card or money order. Your order will not ship until we receive payment.
- Shipping costs are based on value and weight. International postage averages between $25.00-$40.00 US Dollars.
- All duties are the responsibility of the customer.
